Starting mysql manager of pid file quit without updating failed

Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. After some Googling, I found out that this problem was due to the Inno DB logs.I deleted ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 and I was able to start mysql server without any problems.
You can use CHECK Inno DB: TABLE to scan your table for corruption.
